Remembering Oldies but Goodies
Some of our classic web tools have been forgotten about. In working with RCM staff recently we’ve noticed excitement about three Link tools in particular.
Here’s what they are and what they do:
Single EOB Search
This tool allows you to quickly find explanation of benefits (EOB)/remittance advice by payment number or status and date. You can then save a PDF file to your computer or reprint the EOB.
Claim Research Project
The Claim Research Project tool lets you search for and submit a single reconsideration request for 20+ claims with the same issue or denial reason.
Claim Estimator
This tool has a claim bundling feature for professional claims to help you understand how CPT or HCPCS codes are bundled and paid.
