Submitting medical records with Humana’s online MRM tool offers many advantages.
The tool lets you easily view record requests, submit medical records and view the status of requests. You don’t need an electronic medical records system to submit records online, and you can confirm whether the records have been received. In addition, your office may save time formerly spent printing, copying or mailing records. You’ll find the MRM tool in Humana’s payer space on Availity Portal.
