Description:
In today’s shifting landscape of revenue cycle management, medical billing firms are under increasing pressure to retain clients, strengthen relationships, and demonstrate value amidst rising competition and evolving customer expectations. This session will explore practical strategies—and the technologies and tools that enable them—for improving client management and delivering exceptional customer success, especially when serving enterprise healthcare customers. Drawing from over a decade of experience leading account management, implementation, and customer success teams at venture-backed health tech companies supporting the nation’s largest health systems, I’ll share what’s worked, what hasn’t, and how to operationalize excellence in client service. Attendees will leave with proven frameworks and tech-enabled work flows for proactively supporting clients, addressing performance concerns before they escalate, and reinforcing long-term trust. My goal is to give billing leaders clear, actionable tools to deepen relationships, drive retention, and stay indispensable to the customers who matter most.
