Description:
Using a closed conversational AI model provide digital assistants using provider prescribed scripts and information. Keep all information within the confines of the provide electronic health record so as eliminate the possibility of agenic or generative AI "hallucinations" and assumptions. Eliminate the possibility of echoleak vulnerability that has recently been identified. Completely reduce abandoned calls from patients and other providers allowing for more patient visits and additional revenue opportunities while allowing other employees to focus on more important tasks to support the organization.
