Automating RCM Phone Calls with SuperDial

Presented by Zachary Antell and Sean McSweeney

Thursday August 14th, 2025
9am PT / 10am MT / 11am CT / 12pm ET

Member Price: Free
Non Member Price: $99.00

Description:
SuperDial uses voice AI agents to automate the high-friction, payer-bound calls that slow down revenue cycle operations – including prior auths, claim status checks,  and eligibility verifications. Unlike basic autodialers, SuperDail’s advanced AI agents can easily navigate complex phone trees, converse naturally with payer reps, document outcomes in real time, and escalate to human staff when needed. The result: 4x greater throughput and higher accuracy, all supported by an AI-powered QA layer.

In this session, we’ll cover:

  • How SuperDial works, with real examples and workflows
  • What sets us apart from other voice automation tools
  • Sample call recordings and customer outcomes
  • Why Sean McSweeney joined as an advisor, and how he sees voice AI reshaping the RCM landscape
