Samuel Waissman is currently the managing partner with CTI Partners Consulting, leading the information technology practice over the last 10 years. Samuel brings over 37 years of professional experience in Information Technology, holding a degree in Computer Science, MBA, CPHIT, Six Sigma, Lean, Enterprise Architecture, ITIL, Certified Project Manager, and several industry certifications. His expertise expands across industries including High Tech, Services, Manufacturing, Automotive, Insurance and Healthcare.
Throughout his career, Samuel has worked with renowned companies such as Microsoft, Delphi Automotive Systems, Intermec, and Baker & McKenzie. Notably, he has also served on the Customer Advisory Board for Equallogic, now part of Dell.
Samuel has been honored with the Global Project Execution Excellence Award by Delphi Automotive Systems for successfully completed strategic operational acquisition resulting in multimillion dollar contracts. Samuel has managed Global IT Operations for Intermec technologies with over 10 globally distributed service locations.
Under Samuel’s direction, his team has created large Enterprise Data Warehouses consolidating over 40 source EMR’s, helped optimize Healthcare Finance Operations, Revenue Cycle Processes and deployed cutting edge technologies to help its customers expand their operations and customer base.
Manuel Vera has over 20 years of professional experience in Information Technology. He is a graduate from the ITESM in Computer Science and has a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. Has extensive experience in IT consulting and IT management across multiple industries, including Health, High-Tech and Manufacturing. Also is a certified professional in HITRUST, PMP, ITIL v3, Six Sigma, SCRUM and IT Audit.
He has worked for global companies, such as Deloitte, Delphi and Intermec, leading global teams and delivering complex projects. Also, has been the lead for IT Audits and IT Security certifications for various companies in the health sector.
Through his professional career has been in accountable of deploying and executing global Information Security programs, managing IT Vendors, and optimizing IT infrastructure operations. Has strong familiarity with advanced security architecture concepts and best practices surrounding security incident response methodologies. Also, has overseen many IT Infrastructure standardization and cost reduction initiatives.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.
