In 2016, CMS issued key guidance clarifying the requirements on providers and suppliers to report and return overpayments to Medicare.  This Webinar will provide an overview of the 60-Day Rule, the key changes implemented by CMS, and specifically address how this affects you and your clients.  As is customary from CMS, the 60-Day Rule provides opportunities for both clarity and confusion.  Let us provide you with practical experience to address these issues.
