The Overpayments tool on Availity Portal makes managing Humana overpayments easier than ever. You can reduce overpayment resolution time by managing your overpayment requests from multiple payers online with this user-friendly tool.
The Overpayments tool can help you:
- Streamline processing with real-time inventory management, user work assignment, electronic documentation and case-history maintenance
- Sign up to be notified when you have a new overpayment
- Request more information about or dispute an overpayment request
To find the Overpayments tool on Availity Portal, click “Claims & Payments | Overpayments.” If you do not see the tool on the “Claims & Payments” menu, ask your organization’s Availity administrator to grant you the “Claim Status” role.
