The million dollar question for a small business is how it should be legally structured. Should you use a corporation (S or C), a limited liability company, a limited partnership, a general partnership, or just a sole proprietorship for your business? I am sure that you have talked to an accountant and gotten one story and then talked to an attorney and heard another story. In fact, you may have spoken to several attorneys and received different advice from each one.
