This year's Spring Educational Executive Symposium will focus on strategic planning for long-term growth. Topics will include innovation, business planning and strategy. In her presentation, Freiberg will share her research about how Southwest Airlines culture is the single reason for the company’s success. Freiberg will be joined by guest speakers, Bill Finerfrock, who will share an analysis on the future of healthcare billing as a result of the changes in Washington, and Nicole Harper, PhD, MBA, RHIA, CCS-P, C-CDI, who will present two sessions on ICD-10.
