HBMA Board approves new Board Member appointment

philellisAt the February 2013 HBMA (hbma.org) Board of Directors meeting President Jud Neal placed Phil Ellis' name in nomination for appointment to the Board vacancy.  The Board unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Ellis to fill the remaining term of this position.  The term of this appointment will run through December 31st, 2015.  This appointment was executed under the authority granted the Board of Directors in Section 4.2 of the Bylaws.  

Phil Ellis is the Senior Vice President & CFO for CIPROMS, Inc. Phil, a longtime member of HBMA, has participated in many standing HBMA committees and is currently the Chair of the Education Committee.  Please join the Board of Directors in welcoming Phil to the HBMA Leadership team.
