Description:
The role of leaders is more critical than ever before. We will explore in this session why we need leaders, why we need to train as leaders, and why we have been chosen to be leaders, as well as the role of a leader and how it is intertwined with organizational culture. The journey from an aspiring leader to an effective one is filled with challenges. Experience alone cannot prepare us for this role. We must continually adapt to new leadership challenges and inspire our teams beyond mere direction. This position of trust places a significant responsibility on our shoulders. Culture is crucial to leadership as seen in current workforce trends, such as "The Great Resignation" and "The Great Reshuffle," that underscore its importance. Leadership is both an art and a science, encompassing strategic thinking, effective communication, and the development of future leaders.

Webinar Objectives:
Course participants will be able to:

  1. Leaders will better understand how to embody and champion the values and behaviors that promote excellence for their teams to move forward.
  2. Apply a better process to take ownership, show accountability, and contribute actively, that helps cultivate the cornerstone of a culture that excels.
  3. Apply the ability to prioritize adaptability and innovation by embracing change as an opportunity for growth and fostering a spirit of creativity for long-term success.
