HBMA RCM Industry Benchmarking Survey on AR, Revenue and Expenses

HBMA RCM and PBD members are invited to participate in the latest HBMA survey - the HBMA RCM Industry Benchmarking Survey on AR, Revenue and Expenses. All HBMA members who participate in the survey will receive the survey report at no cost. Non-members who participate will receive the survey report at a discounted price.* The survey is scheduled to close on July 30th, so gather your data and submit it via the link below or through a registered profile (see instructions below).

PARTICIPATE IN SURVEY WITHOUT PROFILE

The HBMA RCM Industry Benchmarking Survey on AR, Revenue and Expenses is the first of three new HBMA benchmarking surveys that will be conducted in 2021. Follow up benchmarking surveys will focus on denials and industry salaries.

The new benchmarking surveys are designed to be short so they can be completed quickly and easily. The survey reports are scheduled to be published within days of the close of each survey.** The survey reports will provide key benchmarks to assess the performance of your company and identify areas for potential improvement.

Companies that have created a registered profile to participate in the survey were sent instructions on how to access the survey via their profile. Companies can participate without a registered profile

Advantages of participation via a registered profile
The registered profile will save all of your surveys together, so you always have access to them. In addition, you will have an opportunity to compare the data you enter side-by-side with the overall survey responses.
