Speaker Bio:
Don Wanner is with Falcon Capital, a boutique investment bank in Philadelphia assisting lower middle market healthcare and technology companies with their merger and acquisition needs.  Don has been in the M&A industry for over 15 years, with over half of that time spent in the healthcare arena.  His healthcare experience includes transacting a multitude of RCM organizations in various specialties.  Don’s experience also includes valuing healthcare and life science companies for both regulatory and transactional purposes.
