Description:

The need to close gaps in efficiency and productivity is more important than ever.

Staff shortages currently present major operational challenges across the healthcare industry. This forces providers to limit the number of patients that can be seen per day, postpone nonemergent services and incentivize staff to stay. This combination has led to reduced revenue and fewer resources to collect patient balances.

Administrative healthcare staff must find ways to streamline patient registration, payment posting and reconciliation, and billing, all while securing patient data and payment information.

In this webinar, we’ll explore digital strategies to fill your staffing gaps to shift your long-term approach for patient payments and set your organization up for success. Discover how you can remove manual steps in your revenue cycle and streamline receivables across your organization.

Webinar Objectives:

Course participants will be able to:

  • Automate paper and manual processes
  • Offer self-service and digital payment options
  • Personalize communications to build loyalty
  • Post all payments in one place–view transaction details and reconcile payments
  • Support your remote workforce and retain staff
