Compliance Resources

HBMA educates through advocacy and provides guidance and compliance resources to members in the ever changing landscape of medical billing and compliance.  Some of these issues include Healthcare Compliance Programs, ICD-10, the HITECH Act and the upcoming ANSI X12 Version 5010. Regular educational audiocasts, conferences, and webcasts include sessions geared to up-to-date issues facing third party medical billing companies.  You will also find a FAQ link that we hope will assist you.

HBMA has designed an annual educational compliance conference specifically for third party medical billing companies. This conference will equip attendees with skills to develop effective compliance policies, manage compliance plans, understand regulatory challenges, and stay abreast with new requirements.
