As always, the annual conference will include the HBMA Business Meeting along with Award Presentations and the fundraising Auction.
New this year are the "GRAND ROUNDS" sessions on Saturday afternoon. BELLAGIO - LAS VEGAS
RESERVATIONS: 888-987-8686
The Bellagio is offering HBMA guests weekday room rates of $199, plus tax, single/double occupancy. Friday and Saturday rates are $259, plus tax. HBMA recommends that you make your reservations early. Reservations will be available until our block of rooms has sold out, which may be earlier than the cut-off date of Monday, August 6, 2007.
Room Deposit/Payment
The Bellagio requires a credit card number or deposit equal to one night's room rate, plus tax, as a guarantee when you make your reservation. Your credit card will be charged at that time.
Refunds will be issued on reservations canceled at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the confirmed arrival date. All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 AM only on the day after your confirmed arrival date.
HBMA will provide for a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $100, for any cancellations received in writing thirty (30) days prior to the event. Please call 877-640-4262 with any questions of this policy.
