We are adding a new feature to Billing, entitled "Sound Off" We would like to hear from you on the following topic: Pros and Cons of Outsourcing such as data entry, accounts receivable management, etc. Please limit your response to 25 words or email it to: soundoff@hbma.org by Friday April 29.

We have had bad luck with outsourcing data entry. Two different company's, two failures. It was an issue of over promising and under delivering. We have not tried outsourcing A/R management.
