HBMA welcomes The Honorable Newt Gingrich to the HBMA 2012 Fall Conference!

The Healthcare Billing and Management Association (www.HBMA.org) announced that The Honorable Newt Gingrich will be giving the Opening Keynote for its Fall Conference at the Gaylord National Resort & Conference Center in National Harbor, Maryland on Wednesday, September 12, 2012.
Invited government speakers to the Wednesday conference who will be addressing healthcare issues are: Jonathan Blum, Deputy Director, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS.) and Jacob Reider, MD, Sr. Policy Adviser, Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology.
The afternoon Keynote Address will be given by David Cutler, PhD, MIT. Dr. Cutler (with degrees from Harvard and MIT) served on the Council of Economic Advisers and the National Economic Council during the Clinton Administration and has advised the Presidential campaigns of Bill Bradley, John Kerry, and Barack Obama, as well as being Senior Health Care Advisor for the Obama Presidential Campaign and a Senior Fellow for the Center for American Progress.
