2011 HBMA Board of Directors AnnouncedMonday, January 17th 2011 9:10 am
This week, HBMA announced its 2011 Board of Directors. Headlining the executive leadership is HBMA’s longest tenured board member, our own Jackie Willett, CHBME. Jackie takes over the reins from successful 2010 President Scott Everson to drive strategy and build stakeholder relations for our association. Jackie was recently quoted on the promising year that lies ahead: "HBMA was founded on the core tenets of education, advocacy and cooperation for healthcare billers, and I’m honored and humbled to serve as president of an association with such a strong mission. In 2010, the association enjoyed tremendous growth under Scott Everson’s dedicated leadership. As we transition to the new year, I will work with the executive committee to continue to position our association as the leading authority in all areas touched by healthcare billing."
