In order to use the online application, your computer must satisfy the following minimum web browser requirements:

Windows 98, 2000, XP, Vista:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher.

Mac OS 9 and OS X:

• Safari 2.0
• Mozilla Firefox 1.0

Linux and Unix

Notice: There is a $50 application fee. This is present in both the printed and online applications.
